The Scriptures make it clear that there are two sides to life: the dark side and the light side. Mankind is given the opportunity to choose during this life. Will the person choose God and seek to follow his instructions, or will he reject God’s provision of salvation through Jesus Christ? By blaspheming God’s name, joining the side of Satan and self-satisfaction, he becomes his own god. The final result will be as different as eternal light (life) is from eternal darkness (death). The results will last forever. Jesus Christ is the victor and will punish all evil. Every knee will bow to him. I Timothy 5:24-25 “Some men’s sins are evident, going before unto judgment; and some men also they follow after. In like manner also there are good works that are evident; and such as are otherwise cannot be hid.” Every individual’s life will be exposed. Today is the day of salvation and Jesus stands at the door knocking. Have you invited Him into your life or will your life be one of rejecting Him? The days of this life are short and the offer of God’s gift of salvation does not extend beyond it.
